May you find the peace you are looking for this Christmas. In a world filled with power hungry leaders playing the real life game of “Simon Says“, We will always have the choice to find peace by knowing and following the Price of Peace.
May you find the opposite of what the world gives. Good news, peace, joy, love and purpose. “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27
Here is a peek at snow falling for 8 seconds. You can use it as a background?? and a few images from this season. And, yes I have been busy fishing.

Merry Christmas wherever you are in the world

Humbling indeed Alan. The author of the universe came in a very small package, a swaddling wrapped gift by a young girl in a barn to give the world the unattainable.

I don’t live in ice fishing 🎣 territory, but am guessing it took awhile to haul those two Muskies out of the lake!
Blessings.

I found you comment in my spam file David. That’s disconcerting.
I was actually in very shallow water and I was using 50 lb test line. I can haul them out before they know whats happening when jigging directly below the ice. One got off my hook in the hole and gave a surge with it’s tail and landed 3 feet from the hole on top of the ice. They are northern pike and look a bit like a musky

Thanks for “fishing” for my comment, as well. When I read, or see, something I like, I want to tell the author about it. Blessings

Thank you Reagan. Yes, very busy. Hunting, fishing with our grand daughter on break from college, and getting ready for more grand kids on the lakes over Christmas. They want to snow board behind the ATV’s…

The world offers us fear. I used to tell my men that fear was a deceptive shadow. If we walk through it, God will part that veil with peace beyond. If we don’t, fear will be our master.
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for thou are with me.”
Merry Christmas, Gary.

Merry Christmas G.W.
The world cannot seem to come up with anything bigger than fear can it? Even the fear of death has ben conquered. What a gift! Our token gifts to one another should all point to God’s greatest gift.

I’m going to look for that David.. They are northern pike or I would get in trouble on the length…not long enough. Nice fish and tasty if one gets all the bones out.

I see. I live in the lower half of the Midwest, so I don’t see many cold water fish. We do grow some large walleye down here though. Thanks, Gary.

Yes, walleye are really good. I am going for them sometime soon as well.

You are very welcome, I’ll share that snow with anyone (and the cold weather to have it just for the taste). I wouldn’t mind a few days of your sunny Africa once in awhile. Yes, it has always reminded me of God’s purity and it’s always beautiful. Thanks.
