I have a devotional thought blog that I often take thoughts that I think may have some spiritual depth and practical meaning worth bringing up around the campfire or any time when and where thoughts can run a little deeper.
A long time ago I made a promise to God and myself that I would not talk in front of people with nothing to say. It’s my reaction to my meeting frustration syndrome. I made that promise from a conviction that God was just asking me to be willing to speak in public. At the time no one was asking me to say a few words so I felt safe. Within 24 hours the phone rang and I was asked to speak to a large audience. Coincidence? Absolutely not. I am adding writing to this promise as well. I hope not to disappoint.
