It’s a bit like a roundup, a get-together, all kinds of people passions and relationships meshed to rub off on one another. All these pictures have one thing in common aside from “Show me your fish”. 35 years ago I decided to use my passions to make a difference in other peoples lives. Friends, family, a camera and total strangers later have given me a picture book of proof. A life of giving to others of one’s passions, is truly worth it.
There is so much more to fishing than catching fish. How are you going to start your summer?
Me: I still have some stuff to untangle from last year and I had better get with it.

I love to fish. Many bayous and rivers here in South West Louisiana.

Sounds like you have had many fishing adventures in a great area there.

“We live our whole life in the dash as marked on our grave some day.”
That little dash between day of birth and day of death! I love it. That little dash gives a hint as to how short our time on earth truly is!

That’s what I will be speaking about at the event and after the event. Time is so short.

It reminds me of the time this young man was fishing beside me and he said sir are you ok? I said yeah why? He said you didn’t bait your hook before you threw it out. I said yeah I didn’t want to ruin the moment. My grandfather and I were fishing at the old farm pond. I want to relive that time. It was good fishing that day. He I think thought I was crazy but you my friend I have no doubt you know what I am talking about.

Ha, Ha,…yep. I know exactly what you are talking about. We are not crazy, no sir! And fishing is always good. Sometimes the catching is as well.
