Men’s Fish Camp 2012

I have a full time passion to fish and a part time passion to write. Mix in a passion to write and play music on my keyboard and occasionally do some public speaking and some might say I”m just a confused person. Whatever…I can usually catch fish and often help others do the same. I also happen to know a few other guys willing to form a fishing team for a great time on the water for a week.

There is no deeper explanation behind putting together a Fishing Camp in northern Minnesota. Guys, do you want to take a week off and go to a nice rustic camp in the middle of lakes country and fish, hobnob, eat well, fish some more, and reflect on life a bit? If yes, click and read on. If no, there’s therapy!

Men’s Fish Camp September 16-21

I have been asked where I get my inspiration for writing. This is not it! A pile of tackle boxes full of tackle in front of my computer is quite a distraction. I put on my favorite Carhartt shirt with the new fish camp logo and an old fishing hat, and sat down to type this blog “why are those hooks in the wrong box”?

Distracted by a couple of divers for walleye on the reefs when they are up to feed (about fishing camp time in September in northern Minnesota).

Check it out! I’ll have some “September wear” with logos made up and available.

Fish Camp is sponsored by COFA or Christian Outdoors Fellowship of  America and hosted by Camp Oak Hills

I will leave you with one last picture just in case you are on the fence about coming.

As I snapped the picture a fish hit. What a way to end the day with a nice walleye (taken last September near camp).
